Ruth H. Bridge, President
Ruth brings her experience in non-profit development and leadership, along with her background in residential, commercial, and investment real estate, together to head up and lead WSFOA. Ruth’s experience also includes; Real Estate Sales, Lending, and property management. Her goal is to provide individualized service to meet the needs of all clients. Due to the wide variety of programs and products available at WSFOA, Ruth strives to provide loan options customized to meet each person’s needs. Ruth leads by example to ensure the company motto, Honesty, and Integrity without Compromise is at the forefront of all transactions. She has a Master’s Degree in Recreation Administration & Non-Profit Business, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Ecology & Human Behavior, as well as certificates in both Fundraising and Marketing.
Mitchel F Lichterman, Broker of Record (NMLS#: 274609 / DRE#00977484)
As Wall Street Funding of America’s Broker of Record, Mitch handles the legal side of the business in all the states we serve. He has over 33successful years’ experience in the residential and commercial real estate mortgage industry. Mitch was a former LA Unified School Teacher and is currently a YMCA Youth Basketball Coach.
Shawn David, Operations Manager
Shawn is responsible for the Wall Street Funding of America’s day-to-day operations. His extensive 30-year background in owning and running mortgage companies provides WSFOA with a sound foundation. Shawn has a hands-on approach to relationship building with investors, lenders, and borrowers, along with a unique approach to problem-solving and expert underwriting. He is able to make WSFOA’s state-of-the-art programs fit clients' unique needs.
Robert N. Wakeman, National Sales Manager/Sr. Loan Officer

After 20-years in various lending capacities with several commercial banks, Bob has spent the past 25-years with Wall Street Funding of America, and its related companies. As a seasoned loan officer, he is familiar with all types of residential and commercial real estate programs with a special emphasis on situations calling for alternative lending sources.
